International Art Exchange: The Canadian Arctic

This is a drawing by Appolina, age 10. The gray figure to the right of the house is an inukshuk, a human-shaped rock monument used for navigation. The flag is the new official flag of Nunavut. You'll see Nunavut flags and inukshuks in several other drawings, too.
